A Little Help, A Huge Difference: One young lady was pregnant, staying in the Hosea girls’ house, and going to school at Lane. When the baby was born, she was able to get her own apartment but didn’t have a car and sometimes no diapers. So she would call, at first it was often but as she became more and more familiar with the bus route and services she was referred to, she called less and less. The last time we saw her she was healthy, clean, a graduate, living with her child, and her mom had even moved in to share the apartment with her.
